The service

SpeedBooker is independent appointment-availability alert software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Identità or the Maltese Government. You buy monitoring and alerts, not a government appointment, document or position in an official queue. We do not reserve or book appointments. You must meet the official service eligibility requirements and complete booking on the official website.

One-time seven-day passes

Standard costs €1 with a three-minute intentional notification delay; Fast costs €4 with one minute; Priority costs €9 with no intentional delay after detection. Prices are intended to include applicable buyer tax, as confirmed by Creem checkout. Each pass lasts 604800 seconds from verified activation, with no automatic renewal or off-session charge. One current monitor is allowed per account. Pausing does not extend expiry. The next pass requires a new explicit purchase.

Shared checks target once per minute for supported, active services, within source limits. The search covers the next five Maltese working days, excluding weekends and national/public holidays. Source blocking, outages, scheduling and browser push delivery can add delay. Alerts are not exclusive and availability may disappear before you act. No appointment or uninterrupted source access is guaranteed.

Account and browser notifications

Your random account number is the access key. Save it privately; anyone with it can access the account. We cannot recover it by email. You must save the number, enable browser notifications, receive a test notification and confirm it before buying. On iPhone and iPad, install SpeedBooker on the Home Screen and open it there. Supported software and notification permission are required. One notification device per account is supported initially. Replacing it disconnects the previous device. Signing out disconnects notifications.

There is no email or SMS fallback. Browser, device, network, operating-system settings and Focus modes can prevent or delay notifications. Keep permissions enabled throughout the pass and use the page to check current service status. A successful notification test does not guarantee every future alert. Creem may independently ask for email and billing data to complete checkout and issue receipts.

Checkout, activation and refunds

Creem is the reseller and Merchant of Record to buyers, handles payment and buyer tax, and issues payment documents. Its Buyer Terms also apply. Access is granted only after verified payment. A return from checkout alone is not proof of payment. If payment succeeds but the monitor cannot activate, contact support; we will resolve the issue or arrange a refund through Creem. We do not treat an unavailable source as an empty calendar.

Contact hello@speedbooker.app for product help or refund requests. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds are processed through Creem. Contact support or Creem for a defective or unavailable service, an incorrect charge or a refund request. Mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights where applicable, remain unaffected. Requesting immediate access does not by itself remove any statutory right; no blanket waiver is assumed. Product-service outages are investigated for appropriate remedy or compensation. Do not initiate a second payment while the first is being reconciled.

Acceptable use and account controls

Keep your account number secret and provide accurate billing information to Creem. Do not resell access, abuse notifications, misrepresent government affiliation or use the app to evade official rules. Stop a monitor when it is no longer needed. Support may suspend abusive access or unavailable source services; your existing consumer rights remain.
